Activ Projects Limited was established in 2005 and has grown into an experienced and trusted business within the shop fitting industry.
With over 40 years of combined industry experience across the company’s leadership, the team brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and understanding to every project.
In 2026, Activ Projects is proud to be celebrating it's 21st year in business. Over more than two decades, the company has continued to build strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering high-quality solutions while developing a reputation for professionalism, reliability and attention to detail.
As the business celebrates this significant milestone, Activ Projects’ managing director Mark Watkins remains committed to its core values and to building on the experience and success gained over the past 21 years, while continuing to grow and develop for the future.
The Company is an approved supplier and shop fitter to most symbol groups. We work with a number of supermarkets, petrol forecourts, convenience stores, garden centres, fast food franchises, coffee shops, hair salons, high street retailers and trade outlets to name a few. As well as working in the convenience retail sector Activ Projects has also carried out numerous installations for large corporate accounts such as Wurth, Johnstones Paints and Tesco’s.
Activ’s Customers are spread geographically across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and also in the Channel Islands. Our installations have won prestigious awards such as the ‘Nisa Symbol Group Store of the Year’, ‘Forecourt of the Year’. Our company director was mentioned in the ‘Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Elite’ in 2009, just 4 years after setting up the company.
